Why does everyone hate Vayne out of nowhere?

Title.

Can someone explain why Vayne needs nerfs after having almost 0 changes since season 3? She's been this way for the all this time and nobody has had a problem with her. I don't understand how she became apparently "broken OP" out of nowhere.

I mean its not like shes sitting on a 58% winrate or something. Her winrate floats between 50-51%. Is it literally just because shes popular now in the tank meta with no reason beyond that?

I don't understand why everyone cries that tanks and bruisers are OP, yet an ADC that can actually do something against them is hated. Her early game is still pretty weak, despite what everyone says. Its been this way for over 2 years now, but is suddenly a problem out of nowhere for literally no reason

Can anyone explain?

Vayne's been broken since BORK was created, people are just slow to pick up on these things.

People have always hated Vayne, we just hold our tongue when the meta doesnt favors her.

Then when she gets slighty more popular, everyone falls on her because every single player that isnt a Vayne main wants to see this champion gutted.

With that said, Vayne is much better now after the Ruined King buff, her own small buffs and nerfs to numerous other ADC. The fact she has a positive win-rate while having a 40% pick speaks volumes of her power, without even mentioning how she has a positive win-rate against Draven, who was supposed to be her main counter.

Out of nowhere? It's not out of nowhere. It's been building for months as people see her picked every game and see her hard carrying whenever she's played remotely well. On top of that she's easily the hardest ADC to shutdown when your teammates have fed her due to her ability to delete bruisers and tanks and duel better than any other ADC by a mile.
