Can we not do that Nocturne change?

Umbra Blades (Passive) healing now has a .5 AP ratio.

Like... Why? He doesn't build AP... Increase the size of passive, double its CD reduction when hitting champions, anything but a worthless "buff" like this. Please, do not try to make him into one of those Rageblade addicts.

Edit: I should clarify, this only applies to his heal. It doesn't give him any more damage.

Well he was a jungle who usually built devourer, whose passive moved onto Guinsoo, which has some AP.

This buff also helps when he has Baron for the extra damage on his passive. Just think of it as that time they buffed Gnar by adding .5 AP ratio on a skill.

It won't make him overpowered, and gives him some more flexibility on builds. It's a good buff IMO.

Devourer's passive meant nothing to him, though. He wanted it for the AS, and most people shifted over to Warrior anyways once it got nerfed.

He doesn't want to build Guinsoo's. At all. The passive only enhances the on-hit CDR on Umbra Blades, it doesn't give him any meaningful damage because it purely depends on the other on-hit items he's building.

100x this. He can already lower Umbra Blade by buying AS, he doesn't need to buy an item off of his build path to double-proc the CD reduction when his primary build path essentially accomplishes the same thing.

When I first saw that I said that they should do something like make it scale off of bonus/max health or something since he normally builds some kind of tanky

They said that they're actually doing that to shyv and nocturne because they want hybrid items to feel a little bit better on them
