Thats not a problem of Tahm, that's a problem of turrets being useless.

My personal opinion is that some advantages vs turrets should be removed, like attacking turrets triggering lifesteal and turrets should deal true damage (or %hp true damage) to avoid tanks having a field day under an enemy turret.
