Is it completely safe to flame my arse off with the allied chat disabled?

When allied chat turned off, I can now flame and say bad things but then appears that the team chat is disabled and I need to turn it on first.

so when i lose my shit , nobody will see it and rito wont detect automatically words that i said? I wont get banned for anything ? Is this correct ?

I'm not positive. In theory, yes. But I only know for sure that it works this way for all chat.
