Riot plz remove this toxic smurf Item

either riot needs to add an ad version or remove the ap version

I mean... It is an item for people who plan on carrying and get to the elo they deserve to be in. Remember sword of the occult? I think that in order for this to feel balanced, this needs to come back.

AD version of these items please! [sg-jinx] And they would be nice to have resist and tenacity stats for tanks and bruisers. This kind of items actually rewarding good plays.
