So what, he used his ult on someone he's not even going to target, and then used his other escape to continue to dive into the enemy team after being knocked away?

Exhaust+Q+R. Zed isn't doing anything more than Talon, less so as zhonyas and current QSS exists.

Talon doing his job is killing you in a single rotation that takes less than a second. Often times coming out of stealth without a warning. He is a little bit more toxic than Zed.

Talon can deal less damage then Zed though. No I'm not talking about just blowing up one person. I'm talking in general. Talon does less damage than Zed in a team fight and is a lot less safer. Talon nukes someone; If he gets cc'd during stealth or peeled off the carry, then he gets blown up so easily. (Depends on build but-----) there are way more toxic assassins like Fizz (*Dodges every attack you throw at him and then he all ins you)
