Can we nerf Trinity force?

I shouldn't be a "get this and build full tank" item. That's great that it increases poke and helps with trading, but it should be in no way a substitute for actually building damage. I'm not sure 100% of how we nerf it, but I think removing the attack speed may be the best way to go. So let's replace it with something else.
