Can we please change Draven's passive to something better?

It's really shitty at the moment, he suffers from the same thing Tryndamere suffers in that he will either be behind all game, or become an absurd monster.

Draven had 300 stacks and got a kill before he died? Well now he got 950 gold from his passive and the kill, good luck playing against that.

Oh Draven died 2 times and only has 75 adoration stacks now? Have fun having an ADC who offers nothing when behind.

This kind of gameplay is not fun for either side, it doesn't help that he has low mobility too.

The way I would change his passive is that he gets a TF like passive, instead of gold on minion/champion kill, Draven gains gold for juggling his axes, the longer he juggles, the more gold he gets.

So if he catches an axe, he gains 1 gold, if he keeps juggling the axes for 10 seconds after the initial, it increases by 1, and so on, capping at 10 gold per catch.

Thoughts on this?

Leave Draven alone, he's a good high skill cap low pick rate champion. I don't need him to become the next Jinx.

I really don't think his passive suggestion won't make Draven any easier to play. The gameplay isn't changing one bit, just the thing behind his passive.

Reason to not change it, because his passive is good.

Reason to change it, none.

Draven is perfectly balanced with that passive, it gives him the edge on the enemy ADC for getting first bloods, if you get first blooded by a Draven, then that's your fault, because Draven's early game is awful compared to his late.

I didn't say Draven's early sucked, but it's not good, because...

  1. Movements predictable, because of axes.

  2. Has no real escape other than E.

That being said if you're talking about damage wise his early game is great, but he's still weak, and that's what makes him hard, high risk high reward.

That being said his late game is still amazing compared to his early, even more damage, + if you got extra gold from passive, you're even more of a monster, so yes we are playing the same game, but it seems you only took damage into account.

So when you get cc,d by a support (happens so much as draven) you get no money ever, cant get stacks under t or you get poked, cant do it under there t bcz you cant go under, cant do it while farming bcz they can easily predict. i like his risk it for the biscuit champ, Maybe all you need to do is not die and get gud

idk, draven has alot of damage modifiers and one of the highest damage ults in the game. Really mf needs a better passive over draven.

You sir can be quiet . you have no idea what a crappy passive is. Varus passive is worthless all the way .so what craven is the only champ in the game that needs kills

His passive does fit his personality really well. As a support I enjoy getting Draven the kills. It gives Draven the glory if he plays well, being reliable is not supposed to be his strength.

Additional AD, attack speed, even a f*cking knockback. Hit lvl 6 and you can burst with a double-ulti.
