hmm i dunno maybe because i read patch notes and realize that delaying Viktors insta wave clear by 250 gold and nerfing Azir rank 1 soldier damage by 3 isnt gonna do shit? hmmmmmmmmmmmm

ITT: OP complains that even though Vikor and Azir got nerfed, theyre still played in competitive. He fails to realize that the pros aren't playing on this patch and that the nerfs havent effected those champions yet. Therefore, its impossible to say whether or not the Pros still use them because the changes hes talking about havent gone into affect on the pro scene.

Did i clear that up for you?

You realize it starts at 3 damage and by level 12 its 25 less damage per auto right? Which takes about 40 AP to make up for.
