Edit. sorry bit hostile. Look just set a realistic example, a zoe missing everything killing you..... hard to not feel that's on you as a player, your staying with to low of life, or shes so far ahead/ your so far behind your playing poorly.

Lemme guess: He got outplayed, amirite? This is literally what it's like to play against Zoe: You dodge everything and still end up getting outraded because of her retarded passive basically giving her DPS for a supposedly burst mage.

Look at that fight, He uses storm razor on minion, he hits 0 autos with his keystone activated, he lands 0 abiltiys, she dodged his Q it only hit a minion, she doged his W which would have snared. he has 2 charges of E and not a single one down, he move into fight despite this and move forward setting up 2 Pops with her W. he walked into her range with the ignite sitting right there, don't know what he was expecting.
This fight he got 4 auto attacks off, 0 of them where his passive with her at low hp, he used his keystone 0 times, used his only completed item 
on a minion, and the zoe evaded all of his abilitys.
Zoe also got 5 auto attacks off, 4 of them with her passive and also got off electrocute, ignite, W damage twice, and a ludens proct.
How is that not an outplay and when has it been a good idea for adcs to try and 1v1 burst mages with only 1 item?
If the Q and W landed that zoe was dead. if he had some E's out coulda had more windows to live. But nah he rushed up to get the 4th shot off on a dam near full hp zoe, which wasted his keystone, moveing up to do this with 2 W shards lying on the ground, and all he managed to do was get 3 autos out after that with 0 modifies on them besides ad.
Id call that outplayed, Not fun, Frustrating for no doubt, but he was outplayed.

Remember: The developer only sets the general guideline for numbers. The balance team is the one that tweaks them.

Typically the best way to stop a conversation though is to stop it yourself. Stop replying to it and the other person also ends up not replying.
Although you'll still have to accept that you're putting posts on a public forum, so anyone can reply to what you say in any manner that doesn't violate the rules. If they think what you said is inaccurate, blatantly lying, or otherwise wrong, then you can very much expect they'll call you out on it, because that's what people do.
