So many reports to hand out. There is so much flame when an unbalanced URF champ stomps lane even fighting 2v1s and turret dives nonstop your team mates flame to no end. Thank god it's a rotating game mode now.

now? one of the big problems is that it effects everyone in normal / rank because they got to level 5 mastery spamming malphite and evelynn and then end up 0/10 with 70 farm in 30 minutes because they no idea what to do with the champion. Rather then the guy who locked in riven or jinx or anything that helps them with the values of flash and aiming your ult better.

Eh. I just tend to take my already mastery 5+ supports in there and hand out shutdowns like they are going out of style. Still haven't logged in to do so for this weekend yet, but still the amount of people that got absolutely tilted by my Soraka E silence placements was glorious last go around.
