Could we give Sightstone some Mana?

It could be built from Ruby and Mana Crystals. This wouldn't exactly buff any people who buy it for ward jumps, save for Jax, which means it wouldn't be a buff to champs like Lee or the occasional Katarina.

For that we could increase it's cost by 50-100 for a recipe cost. This would help supports a lot.

Or it could totally make spam supports like, Brand, Vel, and Sona even more annoying with the increased mana. Who knows.
