Anivia is basically pre nerf Caitlyn of the mid lane

Good utility, insane wave clear, good cc, scales like monster, can be blind picked every single game, has close to no bad match ups.

But since we are balancing around lcs, it's gonna be left sleeper op for a few more years. Just saying.
