Are/Do these items compete for the same design space (sieging)? I mean, I guess Zz'Rot is more of anti-sieging but I don't think that was the intention of the item. The voidspawns deal bonus dmg to turrets (structures?) after all. Should either item be redesigned?

Banner is for magic damage teams and rushing a turret.
Zzrot is for elongated pressure
C9 Squeeky 1 votesI never see Zzrot built really since the HP on it got nerfed. or maybe because of the build path and 
is just more favorable? Really only see Zzrot as a last resort defense. Buy it, activate it in base, sell it for different item.
