Yasuo Rework!

As a Plat 1 Yasuo main with 400+ Yasuo games, Yasuo needs a damn rework.

I found it odd that for as many posts and upvotes there were for that thread not a single Rioter commented on it.

As big as something can get, its hard to talk about champs like Yasou, without accidently making promises. And they don't like raising peoples hopes.

I don't find Yasuo broken by any means, the biggest issue with him is that people who play the champion frequently are likely to play very well with him. And this can be frustrating for a lot of players because they don't know how to counter him. I don't think he should be receiving this rework because in ranked, he does not have a lot of viability in anything past gold. If he were to receive a rework like Kindred's, I wanna see his W get changed into something new, I feel like this is the thing that frustrates people the most about Yasuo, that he can block all projectiles for 4 seconds. Apart from that, everything should stay close to the same.
