Could we please change devourer from doubling true damage possibly? It's great that you want to make certain champions like Master yi viable, but making it so that his true damage is by far his biggest damage source to tanks and squishies is probably a bad idea.

meh. vayne does % health true damage. you'd be gutting them if you do. says everyone on this boards.

cc master yi and he blows up. hes squishie. basic counterplay to everyone

I understand the supposed counter play, but sometimes I don't want to play squib champions with point and click CC. There should be more options than just trying to CC the hell out of something.
