So I have them yes, currently I have to win 2 more draft games until im allowed to play ranked again.

NBD right?

I dont get why getting reported for being toxic should bar you from ranked, (what if i didnt even play ranked?)

However that was different when I read the PR notes

They said in the notes that prisoner island is bad and all that blah blah blah, and then addressed how forcing players into normal draft with rank restrictions is not the same as prisoner island saying in draft people are 75% more positive than any other game mode...

now heres my opinion: I DISAGREE SO STRONGLY WITH THAT RIGHT NOW AND HERES WHY

I just played a normal draft mode game, lost. oh well IDC

What I did find appalling is HOW UNBEARABLY TOXIC THESE PEOPLE WERE

all I said at the beginning of the game was "IM CHAT RESTRICTED DONT LOOSE OR I REPORT YOU" followed by "I WONT DIE" "IM PRO"

that is all I said and the ENTIRE GAME they were feeding so when I could talk I said "PLEASE STOP DYING I NEED TO WIN THIS"

and after the first one of those I got nid"lol report this fucking teemo for annoying the shit out of me" lee after a bad gank "fuck you teemo you suck" lee later on: "teemo go fucking kill yourself"

now that last one.. "teemo go kill yourself"

I HAVE BEEN PLAYING LEAGUE SINCE SEASON 2 I REMEMBER GETTING AND DISHING OUT THE "go kill yourself fgt you fucking cancer shit"

but after they revamped the system (after they removed tribunal) IVE PLAYED 99% RANKED GAMES AND IN 2 YEARS I HAVE NO SEEN A SINGLE "go kill yourself" COMMENT IN RANKED PLAY EVER!!!!! NEVER IN ARAM DOMINION TT ANYWHERE IN 2 YEARS UNTIL TODAY

so youre telling me riot that draft mode is where all the positive people go? then how in gods name do I go 2 years in presumably worse game modes for positive behavior yet one game in draft mode I get "teemo go kill yourself"

(he said it multiple times and they constantly harrassed me and kept saying "gg surrender pls" then when we voted no the lee would say "ARE YOU FUCKING RETARDED GO KILL YOURSELVES FOR VOTING NO")

explain that to me riot.. please?

TLDR: I went 2 years without a kill yourself comment, playing ranked mainly riot claims that draft mode is where most positive players are yet one game into draft mode I get a "go kill yourself comment"

OTHER NOTE: this is not a qq I didn't deserve my punishment this is a comparison thread of how I went two years without a comment like that but riots supposed most positive mode got me a "go kill yourself"

You shouldn't have even said anything at the start. Also, ever think that maybe some of those toxic players in draft are restricted for their toxicity just like you?

That would make normal draft prisoners island which is what riot said they were TRYING TO AVOID

Also despite what i said there is no excuse to tell somebody to commit suicide

I honestly didn't even know about that punishment, toxic players should just get a short ban, sending toxic players into a different gamemode is the dumbest thing ever. Like ok Riot, someone is toxic in ranked so then normal draft players have to get someone on their team who should be banned? And I agree, no excuse at all and I hope they were reported.

I agree: I used to be really toxic (I told people to go fucking kill themselves after losing first blood in ranked) I no longer ever EVER will wish death upon somebody (maybe cancer in rare cases of stupid) but after that 2 week ban? I got a damn friendly ribbon after that, I DID NOT WANT TO BE PERMA BANNED

Im nowhere near from perfect, but a ban is much more effective than saying "Hey youre toxic, so we are just gunna not you you talk for a few games, doesnt matter if you win or lose and who gives a shit about the other four players that have to have you as a handicap! also were gunna not you play ranked regardless if you play ranked or not, you gotta go win normal games in a specific game mode with all the others fuck ups and we dont care about players who play in that mode and are innocent anyways!"

and yes the lee did get reported but I feel nothing will be taken against him for only one "go kill yourself" report, for me it took 20 games of me saying "go fucking die of cancer you fat fucks that have to fucking feed every fucking game you fucktard fuckwits" or more before I even got warnings let alone a 2 week ban

You read everything they said about putting restricted people into Normals, right? They have facts and statistics backing them up, so it really doesn't matter what your opinion is on the subject. You seem to play quite regularly, so it is merely a matter of when you will cross toxic players. When you find them, report them and move on.

Ranked Restrictions do nothing but take Toxicity over to Normal Ranked.

Instead I believe that the only way to resolve toxicity is to.

1.) Allow a do not play list so if I add someone for at least 3 months I will not be matched with that player again on the team with them.

2.) Allow chat logs to be viewed by the public similiar to DOTA 2, anything a person says toxic can be seen in the game by millions of players.

3.) Just get rid of the extremely toxic players with actual suspensions the "GO hurt yourself Comments".

4.) The less toxic chat restrictions are good.

5.) Start Enforcing Team Communication or move those players to LPQ, or Normal Draft but out of ranked the players who do not communicate properly in pre-game. (This is one of the worst issues I have in Solo Q)

6.) Start moving players who are reported for (Griefing Assisting Enemy Team) not necessary toxic players, but players who have no idea what they are doing, and refuse to listen in game to Normal Draft with restrictions so they can play and learn what they need to before coming back to ranked. (Not the toxic players who rage in chat but rather the ones who just have runes that do not make sense at all and don't listen so 3 other players lose because of them, not counting myself because I just don't care anymore

7.) The I am PRO stuff you aren't going to win a game by yourself, and some champions do better when you have at least one player who knows what they are doing on the team.

8.) Riot do a behavior survey about team player, what makes players rage, etc, I will gladly fill it out for you.

Take for example three games I lost today, two were Toxic, one was just players who did not listen, or understand how to play the game although things that should have been learned by Bronze IV not III or II, but my two toxic games talking a bit in general A jungler who intentionally throws off the game griefing, and a game with zero communication in champion select that ruined that one.

I moreover made this thread to point out to riot that after 2 years of ranked play and never having somebody say to anyone else "kill yourself" I get it in the normals

Why do you start the game on a bad note, by saying you are toxic? And why do you use so much caps? It just demoralizes your teammates.
