What if fiddle's ult had a shorter wind up?

I see complaint's about the need to buff him regularly and too often the suggestion is to increase the numbers which I frankly don't think that is the brightest idea's. Why not improve the mechanic of his ult for a try.

and having an instant cast AOE DOT nuke that combos with hourglass even for an ult is a bit over the top
