A small increase of range to her Empowered (E) Whiplash, of 50-75, from 225 range to 275 or 300 range. Would still be less than the range of the average ranged champ's auto without Rapidfire. No other change, a small increase of range so that you're not automatically punished for playing Eve against some champions that aren't even supposed to counter you.

For someone who has to get to extreme close range for the majority of her damage, it's limiting. Especially so in any fights that aren't a skirmish or against people who haven't positioned poorly.
As I said in the post, her current Whiplash range is 225. And her melee autoattack range is 125. For unempowered whiplash that's perfectly fine, since it's not her gapcloser. But for the empowered whiplash, it means you're so telegraphed (even more than the charm) that a significant number of champions can CC you out of your main burst with ease.
