I think at this point if you don't have a keystone mastery equipped

So it basically bans your account if you're too low a summoner level to get a keystone?

I guess that's not much worse than what they'd have to put up with otherwise.

What about my mastery page made specifically to help my weak early junglers farm easier and faster, that's 12/6/12.

Seeing someone on my team with out a keystone mastery instantly puts me on tilt...
