When are we making youmuus melee only?

I'm done with marksmen outrunning/kiting/chasing just about everything at this point. Especially with the release of the new assassin rework, we should remove their mobility steroid so assassins can do their jobs well.

Marksman don't have a reason to take it over a standard ADC item right now, it does not give attack speed anymore. It will mostly likely only be used on Jhin or Graves.
