A Lesson On Grievous Wounds

After looking over a thread and noticing that multiple people were under a misconception about how Grievous Wounds worked, I decided to just make this it's own thread. Consider it a 'daily reminder', but I won't be reminding every day I guess. Seriously I can't believe I have to say this, that Grievous Wounds applies to all healing received.

A must buy against heavy heal champs, such a shame item 3165 does not apply it in the same way item 3123 does, I mean they should at least allow Morello to proc on-hit when thee enemy is full.
