... can we make energized stack with phantom hit properly? It feels like they dont interact, so im just gonna assume they dont for the purposes of the thread.

Don't believe they do. It really depends on how energize stacks. If i'm reading the description right, you gain energize stacks when you attack. This means you gain the same amount of energize stacks whether or not its a phantom hit. If it was listed as an on-hit effect, it would work with phantom hit.

It should probably stay as it is right now because if it was an on-hit effect, champions who use runaan's would probably get out of control because you could get 3 times as many energize stacks by hitting multiple targets.

It wouldnt really be on hit, it should just interact in some way with phantom hit. Adding an extra "stack" would just be nice, and give the item some added synergy with items that arent %HP.
