Looking for S Rank Leona Tips

Hi boards, Digital Badger here looking for some advice on how to improve with his favorite champ!

With the Tank Class Update on the horizon, I've decided I want to really crack down on getting Leo to Rank 7. I've been practicing a lot the past few days and have gotten myself to the point where pretty consistently earn A grades (With S- for games I'm on fire, and B's for games I'm not doing so hot on).

I'm really trying to figure out what I need to do to push that S- into the S/S+ range. I've been working on improving my CS and warding like crazy, but I was wondering if you guys had any other advice. I'm a support main, so I know it's not the easiest thing in the world to simultaneously be out for my personal stats while helping the team win like I should - but that's why I'm looking for advice :) No sense complaining about how it's "too hard" to S rank support when there are plenty of people who have done it already.

Here's my op.gg page. At the time of writing (11:46 AM PST, 3/19/17), it's mostly Leona games with a few off role games with friends (some ARAM, some Ranked Flex, etc). Feel free to give critiques; I'm willing to learn and improve. The only exception is for comments along the lines of "Learn a better Support" cause that's kind of counter to the whole point of the post ;)

You have to die less, which is really difficult since you're Leona and dying is often your job. The mastery grade system really isn't fair to champs that are supposed to die for their team and Leona is among them.

Just go do a role she doesn't normally, like JG or Mid or Top. Easy S ranks if you break meta. That's how I got so many of my champs to lvl 7 mastery.
