Summoner Spells post Dominion Removal

So whether or not you like the fact that Dominion has been removed from the game, doing so has had a significant impact in removing two summoner spells from the game: {{summoner:2}} and {{summoner:17}} (and to a lesser extent, Revive by way of removing the Dominion exclusive item 3345 ).

With summoner 13 now being restricted to only ARAM along with summoner 32, Summoners Rift and Twisted Treeline are now down to 9 Summoner spell Options: summoner 21 summoner 1 summoner 3 summoner 4 summoner 6 summoner 7 summoner 14 summoner 11 and summoner 12

Now this isn't unusual. Riot's added and removed summoner spells in the past, such as Surge, Fortify, Rally, and Promote (with the latter coming back by way of item 3060 ). With the constantly fluctuating environment of the game's balance, some Summoner Spells no doubt always be more useful and desirable than others - Riot straight up said that CV and Clarity were being restricted to the non-classic because they seemed like "newbie traps". This is especially true when pretty much every game has 10 Flashes in it, with the rare exception for something niche like a Smite/Exhaust jungler.

As such, I'm curious to see if Riot will be developing new Summoner Spells to fill in the gaps, or if they just plan on sticking with the current 9 on SR/TT and leaving Clarity and Mark as niche pics for ARAM. As much as I'd love to see more options for some unique strategies, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't pretty much tied to the classic picks for whatever lane I'm in.

So I'm curious on the community's insights on this, and whether or not you think new spells should be added. If you do, tell me why and feel free to share your ideas of what could be added. If you don't, tell me why - I'm open to both sides here!
