It has already been hotfixed and it's STILL not in the patch notes.

Riot needs some new management if it's really this hard to edit some text into a webpage.

That hotfix is ridiculous, 5 less AD and a 15 second higher cooldown on the active won't make a difference if the item still gives lethality, magic resistence and a TEN SECOND SPELLSHIELD.
