AP mordekaiser is dead now. more nerfs on pbe

Mordekaiser Attack range lowered to 175 from 200 Mace of Spades (Q) - There are a few changes in functionality here! The first two Q hits now do the same same damage and the third hit does 2 times the bonus damage of first two strikes (so four times the damage listed total after 3 hits.) The Base damages & ratios of Q have also been changed: "Mordekaiser's next three hits are empowered. The first two strikes deal 10/20/30/40/50 (.5/.6/.7/.8/.9 total AD) (.2 AP) bonus magic damage. The final strike deals 2 time the bonus damage of the previous strikes, up to 40/80/120/160/200 (2.0/2.4/2.8/3.2/3.6 total AD) (.8 AP) ."
