Fix Dynamic Queue matchmaking

Seriously.

I am tired of having people under level 30 in my games.

Before Dynamic Queue this would happen like once per season, it was extremely rare, now I swear it's several times a week. It's not fun for either team having someone who's level 24 in a game filled with golds, plats and diamonds.

In one game I had two people in my team below level 30. It's not fun to lose when you're in such a ridiculous disadvantage and never had a chance to begin with.

Honestly, Riot.

Ever since I made this thread I got into THREE other games with people below level 30 on my team.

I honestly don't feel like playing League anymore, every other game I'm thrown in these stupidly unbalanced matchmaking.

Fix. This.
