Lane against Jhin

So with the new warlords buff how do you lane against crit build jhin? I got my floor wiped with him on my practice account. Granted I was playing an ADC im not very familiar with. But with the warlords and crit build he went i was amazed at his life steal, I couldnt kill him late game unless our mid burst him.
