Goddamn riot, it's time to just remove these stupid keystones

Time after time after time a champion has surfaced with a particular keystone and started taking the rift by storm. Yasuo had his moment with fervor, caitlyn (and a few other ADCs for that matter) had their moments with warlords and runaans, and still do for the most part, and now darius and poppy are surfacing due to courage of the colossus.

What are you going to do? Nerf every champion that the community finds out synergizes too damn well with a keystone?

It'd be better to just remove these god awful things.

No one complained about poppy pre CoC, hell she wasn't even in the radar. No one complained about darius before CoC, he had literally a 50% win rate. Vi? I don't remember a ton of complaints about her pre CoC. Hecarim pre CoC? maybe a little bit, but not the extent it went.

It's time for keystones to go, they were a failed experiment of season 6, let's move forward in season 7 and work on really balancing the game.

Keystone have potential to be great! But I agree with one thing, it can create some un-healthy situation when some champion synergize too well... BUT the real problem, to me, is when the champion that synergize to well is nerfed (instead of the keystone). (Same story when a champion is nerfed because it synergize too well with a new item).

This is an issue because, later on, when the keystone/item is nerfed, the champion is not always buffed back.

However, balancing this game is a hell of a job and Riot is not doing too bad! And is part of League of Legends game to have ~bi-weekly patch with new balance, changing the meta, which makes the game more alive and may be a reason you love it without even noticing.
