Preseason: ADC Questions

Is it just me but preseason seems to make ADC have even less early game agency than we already have: -execute on elder (we already die to a stiff breeze) so it doesn't seem hard to trigger on an adc -more brushes to die from with lack of vision -less exp -support gets to build faster without having to buy support item -possible buff to lethality items -spear of shojin removed but then given to any team that gets a cloud dragon

Is it just me, but I see a real lack of power from ADC coming in this preseason. Are ADC going to be weaker in 2020? If so what kind of buffs should the get? items? individual champs?

its happening adc will be as overpowered as anyother season and yet they will cry

Iirc, the cloud drake is reducing ult cds on ability casts. That's the opposite of spear of shojin. And its not something you can control every game.

Support item changes for me is great and all but my concern is the removal of the gold passive after the item is completed portion.

The only real change that concerns me in regards to adc is the exp hit. I don't like how that sounds at all. If they just buffed solo lane exp, ok, but they want to buff solo lane exp and nerf duo lane just feels like a recipe for disaster. Imagine if we end up 3 to 4 levels down the solo laners. No matter how many items you have, you become chow. Especially will suck for supports who are generally always down.

Yes adcs got shafted.

Which is kinda of lame because i dont feel like jungle is getting nerfed hard enough, they should have shafted junglers not adcs, junglers have domianted the game for far too long.

'Spear of Shoji' will be a effect that you get after collecting multiple (max) amount of cloud dragons. Getting all three or four that all have to be cloud ones will be nearly impossible in most games.

Or it will be granded after kill of 4th dragon overall that will be random as fk.
