when will twitch/kog be looked at?

kog rushes wits end no matter the sitatuion for a 1 item power spike at 2500G (2 if you count ardent censor), and twitch is just pure bullshit by design. are they lategame AoE hypercarries or 1 item powerspike champs? these 2 fuckers are the reason lulu/janna seem disgusting when they are fine

think about it, kog rushes wits end vs an AD lane, strong indication that this shit needs to be nerfed hard.
