the hell are u talking about? 3 items is a lot, that is a possible Echos, deathcap and a void staff
What items did she have at the time? Which Mastery did she have? What about runes? Was it in your recent game as 
against her? Trying to figure out how she chunked you so hard so you can learn to make it not happen.
syndra is one of the few mages that has veig class nukes.
Lux does the same, but to your whole team and from 10x the range btw
Your point? I can name what a lot of champions can do with 3 items. Wukong, Draven, Jhin, Veigar, Lux, Vi, Jax, all of them can do similar stuff.
