How to fix Ryze
Arcane mastery: Ryze's mana costs are removed for the duration. Damaging an enemy champion will increase the duration by 1 second (stacks indefinitely).
He can actually kill things now.

ShuffledPancake1 votesYou realise Ryze doesn't even care about mana as soon as he gets tear/catalyst - an endless cd ult (You have abilities always off cd with ult) so stacking indefinitely would be endless ult.
My Name is Billa1 voteshe is 38 percent shiet tier champion. Never seen a half decent ryze after the nerfs. Even soraka/tahm contributes more to the team then the piece of shiet who consumes resources and don't do any damage and insta die and feeds the enemy team.
