My hidden MMR is 2 ranks higher than where I'm at

Edit: My hidden MMR according to na.op.gg is at gold 5 but I'm ranked silver 2

I'm getting +17 for a win and -21 for a loss

This makes no sense to me? Its consistently been like this for the past two ranks as well. Playing solo or with duo has no difference.

I had 4 connection issues in the past 3 weeks and was punished for AFK even though I never connected and got hit with a lower priority que twice now

The only thing I can think of is that I'm secretly being punished for my "AFKs"

Anyone have any knowledge on LP penalties for lower priority ques?

How do you know its higher when its hidden??? Answer: you dont.

When you gain less and lose more that means the mmr is lower than what it should be.

Because your hidden mmr isnt higher than where youre at. Its probably lower.

um you cant see your hidden MMR so you dont know what it is. so your mmr is probs lower then you think hence poor gains.

Your mmr is not high for your rank. You are on the slightly lower side. Don't use na.op.gg check mmr thing.... is not accurate at all. Just look at who you get matched with.

You are silver 2. Your last game was with 5 silver 2s, 3 silver 3s, and 1 silver 5. That is low mmr for silver 2. If you were vs all silver 2 then your mmr would equal to your rank. If 60% of the peoplenin the game, or more, is silver 2+, then your mmr is higher than silver 2.

In your last 5 games, with 45 people playing, only 2 out of those 45 were gold 5. If your mmr was gold 5 then most people in your games would be gold 5.

Yeah was totally just going off of na.op.gg Your way definitely sounds more reliable to know where you're at
