How difficult is LeBlanc to learn????

My current midlaners are Syndra and Orianna. I'm looking for a mage who's an assassin. I'm a former Ahri main, but like her abilities less now, as well as her power spikes.

I'm wondering how long it would take me to get good with LeBlanc to the point where I could win with her consistently in unranked and ranked (bronze to silver)????

Leblanc is to complicated for you I suggest you stay in friendly waters, for the ocean is a scary place.
