I want a new champion that has to commit

I kind of feel like most of the new champion designs are made around champions that don't really have to commit to what they're doing. They have some form of escape if things get too tough while being able to deal massive damage. Older champions who are powerful for example annie have a lot of power for the trade off of having 0 mobility. She gets one stun which she has to burn skills to proc and she has to make the stun count using burning flash to get off her combo. These new no commit champions for me make the game feel bad if I'm playing anyone who doesn't get some type of strong get out tool/tools.

Oh the irony. You know what champions have to commit? Simple champions. If it's a melee champion that can only chase a target then they have to commit to finishing them.

Such as Volibear, Mundo, Trundle, Rammus etc. All the same champions people complain about for being "too simple" and "brain dead."

Guess what, the alternative to that is a champion with a huge amount of flexibility, 2-3 escapes, and mobility. Enjoy!

Shen you can't cancel your ult. If you picked the wrong ally and he dies before the channelling ends, you'll have wasted your ult and possibly lost the game for your team if you're somewhere else, splitting or w/e. You E has a longer CD than most dashes in the game and you get "punished" for missing because you don't get energy back. And he's a ninja soooooooo +1?

Riot redefined the term "assassin" to no longer mean "focuses on 100-0 priority targets" ,but instead to mean "100-0s priority targets using mobility to both enter and escape". Which is why they label champions like rengar/nocturne/pantheon as a "diver" and not an assassin. Because every assassin needs some way to pull out. Which is why every new assassin champion is given mobility to do exactly that, pull out with zero room for punishment if they were to go in at a bad time. And since the label of assassin is much broader and sells more, and "diver" to them is a subrole, they will never make a champion that has genuine combat commitment.

So guys new champion is created. What it has to do?

Give it a joker ability. Something, that if it hits, then GG. Make it low cost.
Give it a great ult with low cd, and cost.
Give massive self heal, or invulnerability. Something, that can defend him great even without defensive items.
Give it great mobility
Give superior range to all-in combo (long enough to hit the basic ranged champs while they farming melee minions from outside turret range) Choose 3 at least.

Yuumi has all except 1 Morde has 1, 2, 3 Sylas has all of it except 5 Neeko has 1, 2, 4 Pyke has 1, 2, 4 Kai'Sa is exception she only has 2, and 4 Zoe has 1, 2, 5 Orn another exception. Only has 2, and 3 Kayn has all of it except 5 Rakan has all of it except 5 Xayah has 1, 2, 3 9 from 11 champion. Let see the oldest non-reworked champions.

Twisted Fate has none. Teemo has 4, and that is all. Sivir though was changed i wouldn't call it rework. She has 2, and 4. Morgana has 1. Not sure, if Jax was reworked, but he has all except 5. Fiddle has none. Ashe has none. Annie has 2. Zilean has none. Trynd has 2, 3, 4. So yea he's an exception. Twitch has 2.

So yeah 2 from 11 champion obeys the rule.

Actually, the new champ kida goes that way, not much defensive mobillity on her nor good CC, if she goes in, she IS in. Though her ult might fuck that up as it's a potent disengage if needed, but atleast she trades alot killpreasure and her main teamfight tool for that escape.
