Provisional fix

I know everyone is very upset this season at the placements and I agree. I think that provisional's should be solo queue only. It is way too easy for people with a "ringer" duo partner to get placed higher than they would otherwise deserve. If you keep the duo, then award higher scores to the solo only guys. That's my idea, what do you guys think?
