her VGU only buffed her but gave her zero updates to at least give her black shield counterplay. I honestly dont even care what her winrate is, she is CANCEROUS to play against and takes zero skill to play and master. fucking stop ignoring how cancerous her play style is and nerf black shield and REMOVE the fucking buff you gave her ult that no one in their right mind asked for.
Arcade Lulu6 votesUhhhhh you do realize that morgana's black shield has a very long cooldown and only blocks CC and Magic dmg So you counter it by dealing AD damage or baiting it out and then using your CC

ModThe Djinn2 votesI'm not sure it's been ignored -- she was nerfed in 9.7 and again in 9.9 (that latter one was a black shield nerf). There may be elements you personally dislike, but Riot has indeed been paying attention and hitting her when they think she is out of line.

Düff McWhalen1 votesNo mention of the God-like Glacial Augment build. You sacrifice a good chunk of stats just to get multiple active items to apply the slow. The fact that you can do that and still do amazing is a testament to player skill I'd say.
