PBE error?

Hey, recently I was accepted to join the PBE and I clicked the email to set up my account. The problem is that when I did, I signed in with THIS account and it says that it is pending. Is that normal or is something wrong? (I had no idea where to put this on the board honestly.)

There are a lot of post about this there is no answer yet on if this is a bug or if severs are down from everyone trying to join at once.
