Who can honestly say they're going to miss Runeglaive Ezreal?

I'm certainly not, no matter how "fun" it made middle lane for all the deposed AP Ezreal players.

I will miss him. As soon as I see an Ez mid, i already know I've won. This is something people dont seem to understand: playing broken champs will not make YOU broken. Yes, Ez is broken in the LCS, but thats b/c the teams have the communication and mechanical skill to use him 100% effectively. Everyone else, doesn't. I've been playing ranked games where the enemy Ez would never hit his ult. Even at point blank range. Freelo. I honestly hope Rito keeps him the same b/c he's not a threat unless you're as good as pepperino. And very few people are.

I don't really care about it right now, as it's easy to beat, so I definitely won't care about it if it's nerfed.

It was meh. when i played it it was sorta fun but easily counted and when i fought it i just went annie and stomped them.

I don't mind AP Ezreal, but Incredibly Strong Pusher Ezreal is really annoying.

I would be very surprised if Runeglaive only affecting monsters goes through. It would make it absolutely a trash class item. I don't think its going to happen.
