What if we gave Twitch's poison the Darius bleed treatment?
Where building stacks does more than just flat true damage that becomes pretty negligible late game and can actually scale.

Twitch is pretty insane late game already. Don't give Riot any ideas.
It's like people forgot what it's like to play against Twitch. Screw that, the farther that rat stays out of the meta, the better.

I just wish they'd destroy his W. It's a completely useless active ability, but Vayne has a pretty sweet passive one.
Make his e reset on kills/assists.
Twitch is just unreliable compared to the others.
Being reliable is a pretty important thing, but i don't think the comparison with Jinx is fair. Jinx is not balanced and her kit lacks weaknesses, you can't buff Twitch because Jinx is better or we'd have to buff half the champion roster.
