Best and Worst time to play?

I made a poll on the Player Behavior board, but it applies to Gameplay as well, and I'd like to hear your opinions:

When is the worst time to play League, toxicity-wise? Who causes the most trouble? Are all insomniacs actually closet-buttholes? (I should hope not; I wouldn't have discovered this trove of toxicity if I weren't a bit sleep-deprived myself...)

Personally, I've found the best time, as far as the community is concerned, is early-afternoon on a weekday. I imagine the community would consist mostly of college students between classes and the procrastinating self-employed... for whatever reason, they seem much more accommodating than the afternoon or weekend crew.

Weekend nights have some pretty solid people as well. I imagine "My Night Club is Summoner's Rift" tee-shirts would sell pretty well...
