Worlds VODs are all Spanish? (Also, Rito Support is refusing to connect)

My region and language settings are NA/English, but every bloody stream in the watch.lolesports.com/vods is Spanish. Which is super dumb, because the live feed is English.

It's not just one mis-uploaded video, either--every single match they've posted today has been the wrong language. This is a massive pain in the nuts, because I like following worlds, and I really want to support Riot by watching their streams, but I've had to go onto YouTube and watch an objectively better third-party (where I've had to go for any cooldowns or pre-shows, since those are cut out or cut in half in like 80% of the vod streams) for today's matches so far.

How has nobody complained about this yet?

Also, I tried to go to the Riot support system, and support.riotgames.com is outright refusing to connect at all. Which I guess could explain why nobody's gone to the booth to wake up whoever fell asleep with his face on the SAP button.

I guess the tl/dr is, "Your vod shit's broken, yo."

It's either Spanish or Turkish on the site but on Youtube it works fine. I want to get rewards for watching though, so I guess I'll have to use subtitles.

Happens to me too sometimes (not all the time, right now the vods are in english for me). I got why it happened with VODS dealing with flamingo and such, but there no real spanish teams in the current stage (if I recall correctly), so there's not too much a need for it when my settings are for NA (yes some people speak spanish in NA, but my language setting is English).

I don't know if it will work for you but what fixed it for me is, I went to google , wrote "league of legends vods in english" then click the first page and boom they are in English again.

Bumping this because it's still happening.

Rito, I know your next update is going to be boss, but please can you spare someone for an afternoon to figure out why you're constantly streaming Spanish streams to goddamn Canada?
