Volibear is fine, you just need to learn to play against him. I suggest using him for a while to learn to play against him

Maybe if you actually knew anything about voli you could deal with him. Maybe play him for a few games, figure out what makes him tick..... Ah... who I am kidding you wont do that.

Lets be fair voli can nuke a squishy down fairly easyily but he needs to get to them and that can be hard if not nearly impossible if the support is half decent.

You've got to be pretty low health for him to nuke you. He does not do as much damage as an ADC pre-sated, just don't feed him.
