Suggestion: Can thresh be a bit tankier?

I guess I'm somewhat of a "thresh main" but I rarely play Thresh in ranked anymore. Just feels absolutely awful. It's like it doesn't matter how many games I have on Thresh, I'm just gonna end up being more effective on Alistar, Brand, Zyra etc.

He's just WAYYY too squishy. Especially considering how bad relic is on him, he can't even get the relic health, OR the relic sustain.

Can we make Relic viable on him? Or just give him some base tankiness?
