Any reason why Jhin has a teemo ult as a basic skill?

Difference between teemo's ult and jhin's traps is jhin's traps don't punish you for walking and kill you. Jhin uses traps mostly for kill secures or as "wards" but teemo uses his trap to completely stop ganks by making the enemy jungler loses half their health and then get killed by a few auto attacks. Plus it's unrealistic for jhin to have as many traps on the map as teemo is capable of.

any reason fid has a brand ult at lvl 1 that can silence?

I didn't played him so far, but you can't tell me that his basic ability does the same amount of dmg as Teemo's shrooms. And on the other hand, there are plenty of other champs who can place mine-types for vision & dmg. So maybe you should tell us more than just "title"... As if anybody would get what your problem is with that lil statement..

- 5 minutes duration - 3 max charges - recharge time (34/28/22) slows for 30/40/50%, damage spaced in 4 seconds: 200 (50%ap), 325 (50%ap), 450 (50% ap). Doesn't stack, only refreshes. Meaning 2 shrooms next to another = same damage. Spaced? Damage depends on the ticks.

Jhin - 2 minutes - recharge - 28 / 27 / 26 / 25 / 24, max charges 2. Slows for 35% damage - 20/80/140/200/260 (120% AD/ 1--% AP). Triggers after 2 seconds. Can stack dealing reduced damage 13/52/91/130/169 (78%ad / 65% AP). Avaliable during all lane phase.

120% AD , on a character that can get the most absurd AD in the whole game.

don't wanna even compare with shaco box. The damage doesn't come even near unleass you stack a lot of boxes and is using a AP build.
