There! There you go! Vayne would get back her healthy less than 50% winrate, would be back to her niche tank-killing once again, not the monstrosity-killing-everyone role she has right now.

Vayne is not and has never been a niche tank killer. She has always been a late game carry that slaughters everyone when fed.

Well she is pretty balanced right now. She is a good duelist and can dodge many skillshots but her attackrange is not this big so you can just cc or burst her with point and click.

Compared to Twitch who can kill everyone from a huge range she is balanced. Twitch however has no dash or something like this and so he is almost Jhin in his Ult.

The only ADC I hate and is not balanced in my opinion is Caitlyn but that's probably just my own problem with her

Pretty sure Cait's kinda overpowered rn.

Point and click cc or burst is now rare enough for people to complain, and usually it's slower than a Vayne's burst anyway.
