is it just me or riot hates silences and bleeds

i mean they removed the silences from talon, lb, viktor and kassadin,and when it comes to bleeds twich's passive deals pretty much no dmg on early game and its late game dmg is not even amazing, there is also talon's bleed which pretty much deals no dmg at all. the only champion with a competent bleed that i can think of its darius which is kinda stupid since his passive deals a lot of dmg and he also has a secondary passive on his E, talon and twich doesnt have second passives and their bleeds are almost unnoticeable. And lastly the only silences that remain on the league are coming from Malzahar, Cho'GathSoraka, Blitzcrank, Fiddlesticks, Garen. Any thoughts on this, guys?

Foolish mortal, talon's bleed is legit the best one in game, not only its the strongest, it also reveals champs that are bleeding for the entire duration. And they removing silences off people like Lb/Talon because silences on them (and kass) doesn't offer any counter play if they happen to go in. But for viktor... i dont know why they removed his. and yeah i agree that twitches poison is barely exist.

Darius has an overloaded kit because he's easily kited and has no mobility. He's powerful if he gets in close, but doesn't really have a way to deal with mobility other than his pull - which can be outdistanced by anyone with a dash or knockback. Or any kind of CC, really. Twitch's gets devastating with his bleed on his ult, and then when he 6 stacks your entire team and then uses his e, that's painful.

Except twitch poison does true damage and can do quite a lot if you get all the stacks up.

They actually think DoTs are harder to play against than burst damage even though DoTs give you 4+ seconds to decide what you need to do to survive it. I don't fucking know why, but they think it confuses people because their health bar is dropping slowly. People can also only comprehend playing with 9 decks in hearthstone, too.

And I don't understand the silence butthurt either. It's the weakest hard CC in the game. You still get to move and attack. I don't understand why they're not spewing PR horse shit about stuns and knockups instead.

They hate Silences with no counterplay (something Leblanc, Talon, and Kassadin's silence abilities didn't have.) I would not be surprised if the others would lose theirs too (except garen and Soraka?)
