PSA - Evelynn has a slow in her kit.

Everyone is completely and utterly overlooking the fact that you don't have to use her charm to initiate a fight. If she uses W on a champ, and then attacks them before it cooks completely, it will be a slow instead of a charm. After you engage, you can cast her W when the enemy starts to flee to give you a chance to chase them down. Please do not forget this exists. A slow is just as important as a charm, and her W is not a mandatory engage tool.
